- Manage technical discussions with customers across Europe and India.
- Demonstrate features and capabilities of IBM ELM/ALM to customers.
- Handle Proof of Concepts.
- Plan the deployment of ELM/ALM applications in various environments.
- Install and configure the ELM/ALM solution in various environments with IHS.
- Provide support on ELM/ALM solutions to end users and administrators.
- Develop Plugins and scripts to automated process and activities.
- Migrate data from legacy and third party applications to ELM/ALM.
- Setup integration of ELM/ALM with third party applications.
- Providing training on ELM to end-users and Administrators.
- Develop Plugins and Adapters using REST API and OSLC.
- Perform fine tuning of applications for increased performance

- Rational DOORS Next Generation
- Rational Team Concert
- Rational Quality Manager
- Rational Rhapsody
- Rational Publishing engineer.
- Rational Method Composer
- Experience in installation, configuration, migration and up-gradation of the above mentioned applications using WebSphere, Liberty, IHS and DB2
- Good knowledge in customization of project areas in ELM applications.
- Knowledge in designing and generating reports using JRS & RPE.
- Strong understanding in the following concepts,
- Requirements management
- Change Management & Defect tracking
- Model Based Systems Engineering
- Configuration Management
- Quality Assurance (Manual & Automation
- Experience in working with Linux environments
- Experience in Training and Presales engagements.
- Knowledge in developing Plugin’s, Dojo scripts, OSLC/REST API based adapters and batch/shell scripts.
