Associate Software Engineer ( Req. experience: 0to 1 years)

• Provide support for Tools platforms
• Flexible to work for extended hours and on weekends as needed to handle high priority issues.
• Identifying, troubleshooting and providing solutions for production incidents of moderate to high complexity.
• Follow standard procedures, documentation to implement changes.
• Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
• Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.
• Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles.
• Meet defined Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators (defined as part of the company’s goals setting process).
• Maintain phone, chat and email coverage during working hours.
• Any other responsibilities and tasks are given by the management, appropriate to the role.
• Production code deployments for application code moves
• Work on rotating 24/7 on-call shift

• Ability to follow documents and procedures to implement day to day activities
• Experience using Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, Service now etc.
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to multitask during concurrent events. 
• Available and Flexible with work shifts, 24*7 availability 
• Ability to own and drive to the resolution of issues 
• Strong interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences that are in a geographically dispersed environment (conference calls, Teams, face-to-face) 
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and on multiple assignments at once 
• Demonstrated self-motivation and the ability to grasp concepts quickly 
• Demonstrated sharp, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills 
• Responsible for SLA compliance for response and resolution

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
