Job Description :-

Installing, configuring, and maintaining IBM ELM
Migrate data and IBM ELM applications from one instance to another
Manage the entire ELM platform with zero downtime
Perform major and minor (iFix) upgradation
Troubleshoot and fix performance issues
Manage the support team in delivering support as per the SLA’s defined
Automate database back process
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IBM ELM, including monitoring system performance and diagnosing and resolving issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration between IBM ELM and other IT systems, such as source code management, build and deployment automation, and testing tools.
Create and maintain documentation for ALM systems and processes, including user guides, installation guides, and release notes.

Primary Skills :-

Experience in the Installation of IBM ELM in various topologies
Experience in Migration of IBM ELM
Experience in Upgradation of IBM ELM
Experience in performing server rename.
Experience in setting up ELM Clustering and High availability
Experience in Deployment of iFix and hotfix
Experience in using monitoring applications # Experience in setting up SSO in IBM ELM
Experience in SSL and CA certificate configurations
Experience in working with JAS
Experience in ELM user management
Experience in adding users to roles and assigning licenses
Experience in Plugin deployment
Experience in IBM ELM licensing
Experience in WebSphere, WAS Liberty & IHS
Experience in IBM DB2
Knowledge in License key management in IBM ELM
Experience in working with ART.
Knowledge of Rational license key server
Knowledge of IBM licensing mechanisms
Knowledge of LDAP and SMTP
Knowledge of Windows Server Administration
Knowledge of Linux Administration
Knowledge in creating support cases (PMRs) with IBM support.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Secondary Skills :-

Knowledge in project administration in IBM ELM
Experience in setting up RQA.
Experience in working with MSSQL/Oracle database.
Strong technical skills in scripting languages such as Python, or JavaScript, and experience developing custom scripts, plugins, and add-ons for JIRA.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues with ELM and related tools
