  • B.E, B.Tech – – any branch , MCA, MSc (Computer Science, IT)

Experience :-

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in core L3 Operations profile as Application Administrator in Atlassian toolchain specifically in Atlassian Suite of Applications (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket etc.)
  • Good to have knowledge in Operating System (Linux), Databases, Architecture, System Monitoring and Networks

Job Responsibilities : –

  • Primary responsibility is to execute the tasks that are required to run and maintain the GSEP that includes but not limited to continuous monitoring, proactive measures to avoid system interruptions,  99.5% availability of the system. 
  • Collaborate closely with product developers to ensure that the designed solution responds to non-functional requirements such as availability, performance, security, and maintainability
  • Create a bridge between development and operations by applying a software engineering mindset to system administration topics
  • Job will involve the implementation of strategies that increase system reliability and performance
  • obsessed with one thing in particular: automation 
  • Plan and Stage Major, Minor and Emergency releases. Complete ownership of Release/Upgrade execution of Global Software Engineer Platform
  • Solving assigned deep technical Incident or Problem tickets resolution based upon the request priority and resolution within defined SLAs
  • Close interaction with teams to provide any on-spot technical solution
  • Regular Communication and coordination with backend infrastructure team, vendors and management
  • Coordination with third party application support for possible solution consultancy
  • Accountable for ensuring the stability of the overall Global Software Engineering Platform by adopting best practices

Skills Required | Mandatory : –

  • Agile Tools engineer to deploy, support, develop, maintain and troubleshoot the Atlassian Agile tools solutions such as 
    • JIRA / JIRA Datacenter
    • Confluence
    • Crowd Datacenter
  • Manage large scale Jira /Confluence migrations.
  • Expertise in handling workflow design, automation, Atlassian product license management.
  • Must have administrator /Developer level experience on application such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket
  • Expert knowledge on Linux OS, Oracle Databases, Monitoring solutions, File systems and Networking. Must have experience in upgradation and Tools Migration on Jira & Confluence.
  • Extensive experience in deploying, maintaining, supporting and troubleshooting the current toolset used by our engineering teams such as JIRA, Confluence. 
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills to manage complex process and technology issues. 
  • Extensive domain knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management, Software Configuration Management, Software Change & Release Management
  • Proven experience on Bug-fixes and complex troubleshooting
  • Willingness to learn new Tools/Technologies as par business requirements. 
  • Excellent English spoken and written communication skills

Desirable : –

  • Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library V3 standards (Service Delivery, Service Operation).
  • Working Knowledge of AWS 
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes or Helm
