Solutions Architect-Solution Architect ( Req. experience: 9 to 12 Years)

The purpose of this role is to optimize the systems and processes that drive our platform to bring the
best integrations between Atlassian tools and MBiTAS Cloud Platform. In this role, you will establish a
winning partnership with internal Architecture, Delivery and Collaboration teams in providing creative
solutions to meet the business capabilities. You will be involved in various aspects of identifying,
designing and adopting industry leading best practices in such a way that such solutions are built to
scale with our growing business.

• As an Atlassian Solution Architect, you will design and help support scalable and harmonious solutions for MBRDI cloud (AWS) and data center instances of Jira, Service Management, and Confluence platforms.
• Guide solution design, architecture, and implementation across MBiTAS Cloud platforms with Compliance/Security Standards focused.
• Partner with internal teams like Cloud Architects to design and support important business and technical processes, often including complex project delivery with third-party system integration and custom scripting.
• You will act as a subject matter expert in the Atlassian domain, working with various lines of business to translate their requirements into effective design and implementations in Atlassian services, following best practices and process standardization principles.
• Provide guidance and implementation on best-in-class automation and integrations to identify productivity needs and help pair them with solutions.
• Point out issues with the existing architecture and code, and clean it up, * Build deeper integrations between services and create scalable automation by applying APIs or writing new code.
• Deep hands-on expertise with the Atlassian product suite (Jira, Confluence, and others) and facilitate 3rd party add-ons (Portfolio for Jira, Structure, Insight, etc.)
• Must have hands on knowledge on deploying at large scale, products/platforms, and in particular Atlassian products on cloud
• Must have experience with monitoring and troubleshooting tools, to analyse issues, identify usage patterns, detect inefficiencies, performance and stability threats to the services – and drive proposals for architecture improvements and effective usage of Atlassian products.

Master’s or five-year degree in Computer Science, Information Management or equivalent discipline.

• 12+ years in Atlassian products solution delivery
• 5 + years of Jira administration experience within a large enterprise environment.
• Atlassian certifications as JIRA System Admin or JIRA / Confluence Admin is preferred.
• Experience managing and scaling Atlassian’ s Jira Data Center and Jira Cloud products in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with building custom solutions, integrations with Jira Service Management, and Jira Software
• Ability to communicate, written and verbal, with technical and non-technical teams.
• Passion and understanding of relationship building between technology and your customer.
• Proficiency in Ruby, Python, and experience working with Atlassian REST APIs
• Experience with Atlassian product apps/add-ons such as Scriptrunner and Insight
• Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and communication, both written and spoken * Certified SAFe® Architect or SAFe® PO/PM is a plus
