Job Description: –
- Should have strong hands on experience on Windows, Linux, Firewall (Sonicwall), AP’s (Aruba), AWS & M365.
- Knowledge of Proxmox Virtual Environment administration.
- Troubleshoot applications used across enterprise.
- Administrating dedicated server platform services – create, delete, update servers.
- Monitoring the Server logs, Application Logs, windows and Linux Services.
- Infrastructure monitoring
- Storage Management
- Active directory backup and recovery.
- Help develop, document, communicate, and enforce a network technology policy.
- Responsible for the installation and configuration of new software and hardware, including the server network, devices and firewalls.
- Plan for necessary hardware or software upgrades to support system growth.
- Manage user accounts and assets, and security.
- Manage Firewall and network security based on security policies.
- Provide IT Service Desk support.
- Perform documentation of Run books for IT.
- Manage and Maintain IT Policies.
- Perform periodic IT Audits
